Welcome to Saint Joseph Academy and thank you for your interest in applying to our school.
How to Apply
Applying is easy using our Online Application. Families are required to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $60 must be submitted with each application.
Students entering Transitional Kindergarten must be 4 on or before September 1st, entering Kindergarten must be five (5) on or before September 1st and students entering 1st grade must be six (6) by September 1st.
Note: Students who have been enrolled at SJA and leave to go to another school, for any reason, will be regarded as new applicants if they return and must go through ALL of the admissions process again, including the entrance exam.
Create an Online Application
To begin the Online Application process,
Create an Account. Then log in to your account and
Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

Crusader for a Day
One of the best ways for a potential student to experience Saint Joseph Academy is to schedule a Crusader for a Day visit to participate in classes for a day. A student will be assigned as a mentor for the visitor and will show him/her around campus. The student will also introduce the visitor to other students and teachers.
To schedule a Crusader for a Day visit:
On the day of the visit:
- Please check in at the Office front desk no later than 8:30 am.
- Dress code: Girls: Skirt (knee length minimum), Solid colored top, socks, shoes (closed heel/toe). Boys: Solid blue or black pants, Solid colored top, sock, shoes. Please no jeans or tight/revealing tops.
- Bring a backpack with a notebook and pen/pencil. Visitors are encouraged to participate in our classes.
- Bring a sack lunch and drink.
- Dismissal is at 3:15 pm
